Picking a Christmas Tree is a fun, family memory. We used to try to find a tree in our woods to cut down and use as our Christmas tree. They always look good from a distance but once we cut it down it never looks nice. We always end up going to a local Tree Farm. My goal is to start going when they open. That way we can always go to the same tree farm. We always cut a small piece off the bottom of our trees, wood burn it with the date, decorate it and make it into a Christmas ornament.
Here is a go to list of Tree Farms in our area. Trees tend to always go fast! Make sure you look at their website or call ahead before going to make sure they still have trees left.
